Large, museum sized red Rhodonite crystals in a matrix of crystallized Galena. This is an impressive large specimen composed of multiple large crystals bound together by Galena. Individual Rhodonite crystals reach 8cm long. The crystals grew inwards from each end of the specimen and the terminations all interlock towards the middle. I considered trying to trim this into a few pieces to expose the terminations more, but decided to leave it as is. It's an incredible piece worthy of a museum. I've never seen so many big crysals in one specimen before.
