Five terminated Tourmaline (Elbaite) crystals spearing through a glassy partial Quartz crystal. Tourmaline with Quartz crystals form some of the most striking specimens in all the mineral world. The Tourmaline on this specimen reach 2cm in length, all penetrate through the quartz in the same direction, and have wonderful evelled termination faces. The Tourmaline are undamaged and have dark bodies and transparent green terminations. Though not a complete crystal, the Quartz is highly glassy with large, flat smooth crystal faces. A wonderful and classic Stak Nala Tourmaline!
