Stunning specimen of an octahedron of Malachite after Cuprite perched atop a floater cluster of Azurite. From the famous Chessy mines of France. These mines are long closed and I understand these specimens were found in the 1800s. There is damage to a back corner of the Malachite after Cuprite, but pristine when viewed from the front. When you do look at the back, you get the added bonus of a second Malachite after Cuprite. There are no points of contact, a complete floater. Well balanced, gorgeous specimen.
