Complete orange Spessartine crystal from a fairly recent find in Tanzania. This is a complete crystal (most were mere shards) with good translucency and areas of internal transparency. Nearly pristine with just a couple of points of contact and/or small natural surface pits. Rich bright citrus orange coloration throughout. Weighs 249 carats. This was valued at $350 in inventory.
