Large single Pyrite crystal from the Merelani Tanzanite mines. Pyrite from this locality is known for it's complex crystal forms and large isolated crystals and is considered to be some of the best in the world. This crystal is contacted at the bottom but otherwise complete all around with just one point of contact on one side. Well crystallized with complex form, large sized.
