Pink Spinel from Mahenge is world famous for incredible faceted gemstones and much of what is found is used for gems. Good sized with excellent translucency. This is an uncommon, nearly complete octahedral crystal with just a small amount of chipping on one tip, otherwise undamaged and lustrous all around. Weighs 13.37 grams.
