Old German classic of parallel yellow crystals of Topaz var. Pyknite associated with colourless Quartz and black Zinnwaldite. The specimen is nearly solid yellow lustrous, translucent Topaz in segments. The specimen is from an old collection and found at a historic tin mine that is now closed. Pyknite is a rare and according to MINDAT, found at only six localities worldwide.
