Large specimen with good coverage of Melanite crystals from an outcrop located near the Benitoite gem mine. Crystals on the front face reach 3mm and there are larger crystals to 6mm on the back side. This is a great large display piece for this locality. I've collected here a number of times and never found one this good. Valued at $300.
