Perfect Quartz scepter with smaller attached crystal. This is old and hasn't been cleaned, and should be remounted more vertical, but it's an excellent undamaged piece. Very transparent with a uniform scepter head. Way better than photos. Out of an old collection built in the 1970s-80s.
