Fat, lustrous dark blue Clinoclase crystals on matrix.I collected Clinoclase from this mine years ago and even then it was a sketchy proposition, with half caved-in narrow passages and crossing wood planks over vertical shafts, and when you finally got to the collecting area, a huge open area that was formerly solid ore, you would occasionally hear a dull thud in the darkness caused by a rock that fell from the ceiling and landed somewhere nearby - made you stay close to the walls! Now I understand access is totally shut off.
