Heavy vein section of Calcite filled with Silver and Safflorite. Large and very dense and heavy containing alot of metal, mostly metal with not so much Calcite.
I flew to Canada about 25 years ago and met with a Canadian miner who had a number of Silver specimens from Cobalt. This was the largest piece of the lot.
Too heavy for my gram or postal scale, it weighs 5 pounds on my human scale, which is approximatley 73 troy ounces.
