Cluster of bright, translucent, deep emerald green crystals of Dioptase from the Congo. Nothing but solid Dioptase without matrix well crystallized all around. This is an unusual piece that appears to have been coated by black Heterogenite at one time and later partially covered by another generation of Dioptase. This is an undamaged floater with crystal faces all over and no points of contact.
