This is an interesting specimen featuring a tabular, somewhat diamond-shaped doubly terminated transparent Quartz crystal with an attached etched Tourmaline crystal. The Tourmaline is a translucent to transparent grass green with satiny etched surafces all over. There is a small chip on the bottom Quartz termination, otherwise it's a complete and undamaged floater crystallized all around. Classic pegmatite specimen from a famous San Diego Tourmaline mine. Valued at $180.
