Single large black octahedral crystal of Alabandite. As with many other species of minerals, Merelani has a way of producing the world's best crystals. Nowhere else in the world do you find such large, fine quality crystals. Only the Uchuchacua Mine in Peru even comes close, but those crystals are much smaller and usually all bunched together, not is large distinct single crystals such as this. Valued at $250.
