V-twin crystal of color change Diaspore. From new finds in the mountains near Milas, these new Diaspore crystals are spectacular in color and form. Glassy, flat termination faces on both 'arms'. Good V form, complete all around and undamaged for a tiny contact at the very bottom tip and along a back edge. Gem quality flawless and transparent inside. Medium purple color in natural sunlight. Superb gem crystal!! Having seen so many of the larger ragged-edged Diaspore crystals of yellow green color over the years, it's amazing and refreshing to see such perfect terminated crystals with V form.
